This site is for adults (18+) who want help quitting a compulsive habit. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to send you what you asked for, and we never sell it.
Only your email address, which you choose to give us to receive the free Emergency Plan and a short series of follow-up emails. No name is required. We also collect basic, aggregate analytics (such as pages visited) to understand what helps. If you buy a product, the purchase is handled by Gumroad and we do not see or store your card details.
To deliver the free plan and the follow-up emails you opted in for, and to improve the site. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.
We use trusted providers to run the service: MailerLite (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting), and Gumroad (payments, only if you purchase). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Unsubscribing removes you from our list; to request full deletion, email victor@thesecrethabit.com.
